Personal data is all data by which a natural person can be identified or identifiable. This includes contact details such as your name and email address, but also social media account usage data, your IP address, your preferences, financial data, sensitive data, …
What personal data do we collect?
WTECH3S collects, records and processes the following data from you when you fill out the contact form on our website.

Last Name;
E-mail Address;
Name of company or organisation;
Any other information you provide us by filling out the “Your Message”;
Our website uses cookies or similar technologies, mainly to optimize our website for users. These cookies may also collect personal data from you in some cases. For more specific information about the cookies we use, please consult our cookie policy.
How do we use your data?
The personal data listed above are required to be provided when filling out the contact form. Without this personal data we cannot answer your request. The processing of your personal data is therefore entirely related to answering your request. By filling out the contact form you give us permission to process your data for this purpose.
We will not use your personal data for any other purpose.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with?
WTECH3S will not pass on personal data to third parties unless we are obliged to do so on the basis of mandatory legal provisions (e.g. passing on to external bodies, such as supervisory or law enforcement agencies) and/or as a result of a court order or a government order.
In any case, we will ensure that all reasonable security measures are taken to make the transfer of your data secure.
For the sake of completeness, we note that in some places our website redirects to the websites of third parties (e.g. google maps). No personal data is shared during this redirection, but it is possible that the third-party website to which redirection is made also collects and processes personal data from you.
WTECH3S is not responsible for the content of these websites and/or how these websites process your personal data. For more information about this we refer to the privacy and cookie statement of the respective websites.
How long we retain your data?
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the completion of the intended purpose for which your personal data is collected. This means that we will delete your personal data as soon as the request for which you have forwarded your personal data to us has been fulfilled.
If you have given us permission to use your data for marketing purposes, we will retain your data for up to 5 years after giving such permission (unless the permission is withdrawn in the meantime).
Where your data is sent?
The confidentiality of your data is important to us. Your data is always treated confidentially, not traded, sold, rented or passed on to third parties outside the contractual relationship or a specific assignment.
The data is always stored within the EU or within the borders of a country that offers appropriate guarantees following an adequacy decision in accordance with Article 45 GDPR. In order to be able to offer its services, WTECH3S may be assisted by a selective number of processors. If they have access to your personal data, the necessary guarantees are obtained with them in accordance with the GDPR.
In rare cases, WTECH3S may be required to disclose your Personal Data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. WTECH3S will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance in this regard, unless this is subject to legal restrictions.
How is your personal data secured?
We have taken all reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data as much as possible against accidental or intentional (and unauthorized) manipulation, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You can exercise your rights by WTECH3S, either by e-mail to philip@wtech3s.com, by post to WTECH3S Consulting BV, Patersstraat 100, BE-2300 Turnhout, provided that you enclose a copy of the front of your identity card or a similar document by which you can be identified. The transmitted data will of course only be used to identify you and will then be deleted.

CHANGES
WTECH3S reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time by notifying users on this page. We recommend that you check this page often for any changes. The date of the last modification is indicated at the top of the page.
If a user objects to any change in the policy, the user should not continue to use this website. He can request WTECH3S to delete the personal data. Unless otherwise indicated, the then current privacy policy applies to all personal data that WTECH3S has stored about users.
